Brian's HUGE BATMAN ARM TATTOO ART Photo

Check out this very cool BATMAN TATTOO photo from a Bat-Blog Fan named Brian who lives in Las Vegas, NV. He just got some amazing Bat-Ink done and wanted to share. Yeah, we always like that! He also attached a picture that shows the inspiration for this artwork. I recognize it as a piece of promo art from the last movie, very cool. Hey Brian, your Batman Tattoo looks great & it's a good choice, and thanks for sharing.

THE TUMBLER TOUR Hits Montreal Canada!

I have been meaning to post these photos for a few days but just keep getting side-tracked. But I'm happy to be finally posting them now. These were sent to us a few days ago by a major Batman Fan named Paul who lives in Canada. Paul was lucky enough to get to see the TUMBLER TOUR while it was in Montreal and he shot us these incredible photos at the event. As you can see they had the original Tumbler Batmobile Car AND the Bat-Pod Motorcycle, both of which can be seen in THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie. These vehicles will also make an appearance in the next "RISES" film. ( We can't wait to see that! ) Oh yeah, he had a great time and it's funny, he wore his Classic 1966 Batmobile T-Shirt. Heck yeah Paul, Representin'!! Also, Thanks for sharing your fun pics, I appreciate that very much.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - Sage The Batdog Turns Three!

OK, This is a wacky fun post! Here are some wonderful photos sent in to us by a Bat-Blog Fan named Brandi who really really loves her Dog, and why wouldn't she? This Loyal Pet looks both regal and majestic! In a recent email Brandi wrote,

"My 3yr old gets a superhero birthday party too! This is Sage, he just turned 3. He has HUGE Classic German Shepherd ears and ever since he was a pup he's been called "Batdog"! There have also been several comments of "Holy Ears, Batman!". About a year ago he got the Dark Knight Costume and we've been having fun since."

Great story Brandi, thanks for sharing. Plus, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAGE!!

BATMAN Spotted at Forbidden Planet in the UK!

Here's a fun photo sent in by a BAT-BLOG Fan named Lee who is from Manchester, England. He recently took a trip to London and visited a retail store called "Forbidden Planet". Well, while there guess who he bumped into? BAMM! BATMAN!! Yeah, I've seen this Life-Size Statue of the Dark Knight before and it's pretty AWESOME! Thanks Lee, cheers.

BATMAN - PUPPET MASTER - New Fan Film in the Works

Hey, Check out this cool video presenting an idea for a future Batman Fan-Film titled, BATMAN: PUPPET MASTER. This is a Group Project by a bunch of very talented Film Makers in Los Angeles who are trying to garner support for their movie. They include: Bryan Nest (Director), Chris Wiltz (Writer), Christin Mizelle (Producer) and Ethan Cushing (Producer).

As you can see from the video the production quality is really excellent. Plus, I love the fact that they're using some very obscure characters like The Ventriloquist/Scarface and Mr. Zsasz. But wait, the main Bat-Villain here is The Riddler! One general idea with this film is that it fills-in the story arch between "The Dark Knight" and "The Dark Knight Rises". I remember when nobody knew who the Villain(s) in the next movie was going to be and everyone speculated "The Riddler". So, this movie might be pretty fun.

Please check out the video and then be sure to visit their Kickstarter page. At the time of this writing they only have about 13 days to raise the rest of their budget and this looks like a worthy idea.

NEW BATMAN MOVIE BOOK - Christopher Nolan's Batman - The Art and Making of the Dark Knight Trilogy

Around July 28th, 2012, Abrams is set to release "Christopher Nolan's Batman: The Art and Making of the Dark Knight Trilogy". This book tells the complete behind-the-scenes story of, what will be at the time this book is released, three monumental films.

The book will be based on in-depth interviews with Director Christopher Nolan and all of the films’ Key Cast and Crew, including Co-Writers David S. Goyer and Jonathan Nolan, Cinematographer Wally Pfister, and more! The book reveals the creative process behind the epic Dark Knight Trilogy, supported by lavish art and never-before-seen photography.

One cool side note is that the foreword will be written by Christopher Nolan and Michael Caine will write the Introduction ( Love him, and besides being a great Actor, he's actually a very talented Writer so it should be very cool ). We can't wait!

Oh yeah, one last thing, you're seeing the COVER ART right here as a "Bat-Blog.Com Exclusive" way before anyone else! Also, if you click the TFAW Button down below, you can pre-order this book for 20% off the regular retail price.

BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOYS in Thailand - New Photos

OK, we reported awhile back about the opening of THE BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOYS in Thailand. It's a special place you need to visit if you ever go to that country. In fact, it would be totally worth it to book an airline ticket right now, ha! We know the Owner & he's a serious Batman Fan. It might also explain why the Museum's main focus seems to revolve around the Dark Knight. But hey, they also feature other toys and collectibles there too!

The place just keeps getting bigger & more complex. In fact, these new photos almost don't look like the same place. I think the pictures speak pretty well for themselves so I'm not commenting on them except for one thing, the place looks AWESOME! For more information please be sure to visit their website by clicking HERE!
