FUNNY BATMAN HUMOR - Comic Strips, Ha Ha!

It's become sort of a tradition here at BAT-BLOG.COM to, every now and then, share some funny picture or comic strips that are Batman related. So, here we go!! Oh yeah, I guess I should say that the 1st one is my top personal favorite and is also an excellent mash-up parody of the Opening Introduction of the 1966 BATMAN TV Show ( Animation ) and Frank Miller's dark and gritty BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS ( Graphic Novel ). The expression on the face of Robin, the Boy Wonder, in the last panel is priceless!

Over at the "Funny or Die" website Actor Chris Kattan posted this hilarious video titled "Bane After Batman". It seems that ever since THE DARK KNIGHT RISES ended, Bane has had to go back to the real world. Ahhh, Poor Bane is so sad.

HEY! BATMAN is Not Soft, Warm, and Cuddly!

Here's a quick post to share this fun photo a friend of ours sent in to us. His name is Kevin and, recently, he had a birthday and one of his gifts happened to be a nice BATMAN THROW Blanket with cool graphics from THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Poster. Now, that's all serious stuff but the funny thing is the ad copy on the packaging. It says, "Soft, Warm, and Cuddly!". Now this doesn't seem like the right words to describe BATMAN, I'm pretty sure they're talking about the blanket! Ha Ha! ( Thanks for sharing Kevin and Happy Birthday Dude! )

THE DARK NIGHT RISES - Funny Humor with Batman, Catwoman, and Bane!

This is a quick post to share some totally hilarious photos that are all related to the new Batman Movie, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES! The 1st two sort of need explaining but they're both pretty funny! 

This 1st image was created by our Friend Sean Hartter. He's a talented Graphic Artist and he did this excellent parody of what a "Dark Knight Rises" VHS Video Tape Cover would look like if they made one, ha ha!

Next up is a photo from our Friend Erik, who I think is an Architecture Student. Which leads me to the explanation: Catwoman is "CAD-WOMAN", you see, she uses the CAD software program to create building blueprints!



The last two pics don't need explaining. They're also both BANE related, enjoy!

OH YEAH - BATMAN is EVERYWHERE!!

Yes, I think that if you just try to notice you'll see that BATMAN is everywhere!! Here are a few examples sent to us recently by some loyal Bat-Blog Fans who are awesome. The 1st one is from our Friend "Batmobilly" who lives in Oklahoma City ( That's where I live too ). He went to the Warren Theater the other night to see THE DARK KNIGHT RISES and look at what he saw shining on the ceiling, the Bat-Signal!!

Then, a Friend of ours named Paul was driving the other day down the highway in Denver, Colorado and saw Batgirl's Car! Don't believe me? Just read the License Plate, ha!

Then, and I feel bad about this, a Fan sent us this pic awhile back and I forgot to write his name down and then forgot his name & where he's from. Yeah, I'm an Idiot! But I still appreciate him thinking about the BAT-BLOG and sending us this wonderful photo, it's GREAT! The basic story was he was on his way to work & saw the Batmobile! Yes, the Car of the Caped Crusader! Well, OK, it's not the real one but is "homemade". But still awesome.

Every now and then we post random bits of BATMAN HUMOR that comes from the web and Bat-Blog Fans who are awesome. Also, all of these funny photos are each sort-of a mash-up between Batman and something else, like: Batman and... Adventure Time TV Cartoon, Bird Twitter Logo, and, of course, Ironman!

BAT-VIDEO - Ultra-Rare "Batman Fish" Discovered in the Deep Sea!

Some Marine Biologists from Canada recently discovered the ultra-rare "Batman Fish" in the deep sea. They shot this amazing video and their description of it reads:

September 13th,  2011: During a deep-sea (2324m) cable route survey we encountered Batman gliding over a field of pillow lava!



Holy Toledo, what was that strange creature?!



Marine biologist Bill Austin has suggested it is likely a comb jelly (ctenophore). George Matsumoto, a ctenophore (comb jelly) expert at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Research instutute identified it as a lobate ctenophore of the Lampocteis genus.



Comb jellies are jellyfish-like creatures, which swim using groups or rows of cilia. Most comb jellies have cilia strips, running along the lengths of their outer bodies.



All comb jellies are predators. Unique among all animals, comb jellies hunt by squirting glue from specially adapted 'colloblast' cells onto their prey. Comb jellies feed on microscopic larvae, copepods, amphipods and even krill.



There are about 150 known species, ranging in size from several millimetres to 1.5m.

NEWS FLASH - Brand New BABY is Already a Major BATMAN Fan!

Here's a photo I know that every single person is going to totally fall in love with. It's way too cute, kinda funny, and completely beautiful. This is a photo from one of our Friends on Facebook who lives in Argentina. He and his Wife just gave birth to a Brand-New Bouncing Baby Boy. The cool thing, this kid is already a Huge Batman Fan!! In fact, He's shown here with his new favorite toy, a Batman Action Figure! Awwwwwww. A Special Congratulations goes out to both Parents & their Families. This baby is way too precious AND a special gift. Also, thanks for sharing your wonderful photo.
