Brand-New BATMAN TOYS You Can Find in Stores Now!

This post is an amazing assortment of reader-submitted photos showing a few brand-new BATMAN items available in stores right now. This is some cool stuff so check it out!

The 1st two pics are from our friend Christopher. He recently grabbed these 2 new Batman Toys on a recent shopping trip. First is a Fisher-Price BATMAN Voice-Comm Heroworld DC Super Friends Figure. Yes, he says a bunch of different phrases & also interacts with other characters in the toy line. Then, he found this cool Fisher-Price DC SUPER FRIENDS 7-Figure Pack Gift Set that is a Store Exclusive for Target. It's got Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Batman, Robin, and even the Joker!

Next up, Here's a new Batman Vehicle Toy ( or toys ) that, until somebody sent me a photo, I had actually never seen before. Which is very strange because I'm usually ALL about the new merchandise & know about it very early on. I guess Mattel is cranking out so much stuff these days that it's impossible to stay on top of it, ha! Anyways, Our Friend Frank bought these new Hot Wheels at his local Toys R Us. They are called, "BALLISTIKS" and there is one of Batman and one of Bane. The artwork is pretty unique. I love the design of the packaging but I gotta say that the actual toy cars are kinda weird, ha!

OK, the last 2 pictures are not "Toys" but are some really cool Wal-Mart Store Displays seen by our Buddy BatDave. They're for the DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie. One is the "Advertising Sign" thing you see when walking into the store ( great graphics! ). The 2nd one shows a cool Batman Cardboard-Shelf thing they have in the "Book Store" section. Wow, that would actually be kinda neat to have for displaying Bat-Books ( Yes, as if I ONLY had the space, ha! ).

New 2012 BATMAN 6 Volt Ride-On BATMOBILE CAR Coming Soon!

Batman Fans and Toy Collectors of all ages are going to be pretty excited about this news, I know I am! Later this year Toys-R-Us will be selling a brand-new BATMAN Batmobile Ride-On Toy Car! It's going to have a retail price of around $150.00 ( not a bad price ) and will be available in August, 2012.

The 1st photo shows the Set of Batman and Catwoman Figures that each come with their own cycle. Then, there are 2 more that are Batman with his Bat-Copter and then a Set that features a GCPD Officer and Bane Figure with a Gotham S.W.A.T. Van!! ( Thank You Batmobilly )

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES - BATMAN VS BANE Mattel Movie Masters Action Figure 2-Pack Set TOYS-R-US EXCLUSIVE

A special thanks goes out to our good friend Zdravko for giving us the heads-up about a brand-new DARK KNIGHT RISES piece of merchandise that might be kinda hard to find. Now, Please excuse the crappy photo I got, it's the only one I could find, but it does give you an idea on how cool this piece will be. 



This is a TOYS-R-US EXCLUSIVE Movie Masters Action Figure 2-Pack made by Mattel. It features BATMAN VS BANE in battle, inside a beautiful "Window Box". I'm assuming since this thing has already hit evil eBay that it's in stores now, keep an eye out!! Also, if YOU see any new Bat-Merch, then please let us know.

New HOT WHEELS 1:50 Scale BATMOBILE CAR 3-Pack SETS by Mattel

OK, Remember the 1:50 Scale-Sized Diecast Batman BATMOBILE Cars created by Mattel? Of course you do, they were/are totally amazing! Well, our Good Friend & Ace Bat-Reporter Batmobilly spotted these extremely cool 3-Pack Sets at his local Toys-R-Us last night! 



In no particular order, the 1st Set includes: Batman Returns Batboat, 1989 Batwing, and 1989 Batmobile! The 2nd Set includes: Super Friends Batmobile, 1966 Batmobile with Trailer Hitch, and Comic Book Batmobile! The 3rd Set includes: Batman Begins Batmobile, The Dark Knight Bat-Pod, and The Dark Knight Batmobile! 



These 3-PACK SETS all retail for about $25 each & are in stores now ( Sorry, I forgot to ask if they are TRU EXCLUSIVES but I'm assuming they'll be sold everywhere. If we find out otherwise, we'll let ya know ). Thanks Batmobilly!

Brand-New Wacky BATMAN AND ROBIN Products To Look Out For!

The real main focus of the BAT-BLOG.COM is to share the fun and joy of collecting cool Batman stuff! We report on a lot of the mainstream products but we also like to feature unusual items that might go under the radar. Here's some great examples. The 1st two pics were sent in by our Good Friend & Awesome Bat-Reporter, BATMOBILLY! He went on the Retail Store Hunt recently & came up with these unusual items.

First, here is a LEGO BATMAN Winter Hat & Glove Set for Kids. Hey, these are pretty awesome, I'd wear them! I totally love the graphics & the image of Batman & Robin climbing the wall totally make me wonder if it's a homage to the 1966 TV Show, ha! It looks like that famous scene, doesn't it?!


Next up is totally new line of Action Figures that Batmobilly found at Toys-R-Us. They are 4 Batman "STEALTH STRIKE" Toys! He said they were unknown to him & I gotta admit that I have not heard any news of them either, it's like they just came outta no where!



OK, the last photo is a totally cool piece to try to add to your collection but getting it is going to be difficult. Why? It's not a regular retail item but a special Store Display Standee for the BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game. This photo was sent in by our friend Jacob and, if I remember right, he said he got it at Wal-Mart. About the only way to get one of these is to go stalk Retail Stores that might have these & totally suck-up to the Store Manager, ha! I got some of these a few years back for the BATMAN LEGO Game from Blockbuster Video.

BATMAN ARKHAM CITY - Cool Photo From The Video Game Launch at Times Square

This is just a quick post to share a very cool photo that was taken at the recent BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game Launch at the Toys-R-Us Store in Times Square, NYC. It shows Jim Lee ( DC Comics ), Some Guy Who Worked on the Game ( Rocksteady ), Batman ( Life-Size Statue ), and Kevin Conroy ( Batman Voice Actor ). That special statue, probably made just for the event, is extremely cool. That thing would look awesome in my Kitchen or Bathroom!

BATMAN ARKHAM CITY - Video Game Event at TOYS-R-US Times Square NYC

If you're lucky enough to live New York then this event is for you! Yes, 500 copies of BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game will be available a day early at THE TIMES SQUARE Toys-R-Us location on Monday, October 17th ( that's about 5 days from now ). The first 100 customers who pre-purchase a copy of the game through the store's "Personal Shopping Department" ( starting now, don't wait ), will receive a coupon reserving their copy, and can have their game autographed by Jim Lee ( DC Comics ), Kevin Conroy ( Voice Actor of Batman ) and Sefton Hill ( Rocksteady Studios ) at the event. The other 400 copies will be available for purchase at the event, which officially starts at 4:00 pm, but who knows when people start lining up? The event will include photo ops with actors dressed up as Batman and Catwoman, and game demos.

BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Knight Flight R/C by Bandai

Our buddy BATMOBILLY spotted this extremely cool BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD R/C Toy the other night at Toys-R-Us. It's made by Bandai & is called "Knight Flight Batman". Basically, it looks like a large figure of Batman wearing a gyro-helicopter backpack. It has an infrared remote control & the figure has twin propellers so it can move up/down or sideways. Oh man, I would have totally freaked out as a little kid if they made this a long time ago, ha ha!

New THE DARK KNIGHT SCARECROW Movie Masters Action Figure From Matty Collector

Over at the MattyCollector website they're hyping the fact that in a few days, on March 15th, 2010, a Special SCARECROW Action Figure from THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie Franchise will be made available! Personally, I think it looks pretty cool! It is sculpted by The Four Horsemen. It features full articulation and comes with a cloth version of his mask. Available first at the Official Mattel website at 12 Noon Eastern on March 15th, 2010. Then, Toys “R” Us in spring 2010. ATTENTION: The BATMAN FOREVER Batmobile Car Has Been Spotted in Pennsylvania

The Batmobile has been spotted in Pennsylvania...at a TOYS R US in Cheltenham, PA to be exact! A friend to the Bat-Blog, named Michael, just recently saw this BATMAN FOREVER MOVIE Vending Machine Toy Ride-On Batmobile & had to send some pics to us. I like how it looks sort of "cartoony" ( I just invented that word ). Plus, it's always fun to see one of these things. Now I know a lot of people totally hate this film but I actually kinda like that it is so bad. Now obviously I would have prefered for the film to be good, or even great, but since it's not we might as well accept it. "Don't cry over spilled milk", my Grandmother used to say. I wanna thank Michael for taking the pictures for us, I really appreciate that, it's a very cool car!

Life-Size Batmobile Car Promo-Prop for Batman: The Brave and The Bold TV Cartoon!!

OH MY GOD!! The other night our good friend Craig, who lives in Scotland, sent us these amazing photos he shot at a promo exhibit which was on at his local Toy's R Us in Glasgow. It seems that Mattel was there to promote their line of "Batman: The Brave & the Bold" TV Cartoon Action Figures & they showed this life-size Batmobile Car!! The funny thing for me, when opening my e-mail box, was the 1st picture I saw was just the car with nothing in it for scale. So, I had no idea is was so super-large. I just thought, "OK, he just bought the action figure vehicle & sent a photo of it, that's cool". Well, about the 3rd or 4th photo I saw his Dad standing next to it & I'm like, "Wait! OMG, This is a HUGE Batmobile Car, ha ha!!" Oh man, this thing is totally beautiful!! I seriously love this thing & I know they ( Mattel ) would NEVER sell it so I did suggest that Craig & I go steal it, ha ha! Unfortunately Craig has not responded to my request yet. So, I guess I'll have to break in all by myself. Man, I know this thing is gonna be so heavy. If Craig were there it would be a lot easier to carry. Thank you Craig for sending these totally awesome pics, I really appreciate it! It looks like you & your Dad had a lot of fun at this event, that's wonderful. Seeing the smiles on your faces are totally worth it. Plus, I'm only kidding about stealing it, so don't worry, ha ha!

1966 Hot Wheels Batmobile Die-Cast Car with Dioramas!

A new friend to the Bat-Blog, named Mark, recently sent us these pics from his toy collection. He wanted to share pics of a brand-new set of toys he found called Motomax American Graffiti "Moments in Time" Dioramas. Basically they are plastic bases with a fixed background & scene that has a clear cover to display your Matchbox or Hot Wheels car. They are 1:64 scale & look pretty awesome! The scenes are stuff like "Country Store", "Mechanic's Shop", & stuff like that ( the names are on the bases ). I think these are pretty clever. Mark said that they're kinda hard to find but he has had some luck finding them at Toys-R-Us & Wal-Mart. They cost around $10.00 each. Fisher Price DC SUPER FRIENDS Batman Vehicle & Joker Van : Toys-R-Us Exclusives!

Our good friend known as THE BATFAN sent us these 2 photos from his recent trip to Toys-R-Us. It looks like they have 2 Exclusive DC SUPER FRIENDS Imaginext Toy Cars ( for the Action Figures ) that you can only buy there. They include the "Batman Adventure Vehicle" & the "Joker Villain Van". Oh man, I seriously love that Joker Van, it's hilarious! I know that little kids are gonna go crazy for these! This series of Action Figure by Fisher Price have turned out to be pretty successful. I love the fact that very small children get to play with Batman, The Joker, Penguin, Robin, etc...that's cool! Thanks to BatFan for sending the nice pics, we appreciate that! DC UNIVERSE Batman Action Figure Pack BATGIRL and AZRAEL

Early next year be sure to keep an eye out for this very cool Batman-related DC UNIVERSE Action Figure 2-Pack Set. It includes Batgirl & Azrael. But, remember, this is a TOYS-R-US Exclusive so you can only find it there. I think the Batgirl figure looks pretty cool!

Life-Size Batman Statue Made From Lego Bricks!!

A friend to the Bat-Blog, named Brian, sent us this really nice set of photos shot at a Toys-R-US toy store. At one time this toy store chain, at certain locations, would have a Life-Size Batman Statue on display! Of course, it was a promotional gimmick for the new Batman Lego Toy Sets. Brian wrote, "I got my picture taken with a life size Lego Batman back in January ( You can also see my two sons with him ). To kinda give you an Idea how big Batman was I am 6 foot 4"! ( Batman was on a podium ). Toys R US had it and if you guessed how many bricks it took to build it you got a prize." Ha Ha, Thanks for sharing the story & the wonderful photos with us Brian. When you guys walked into the toy store that day, & saw this, you all must have freaked out!! I've seen this thing in real-life & yeah, it's crazy! I wonder if anybody guessed the right amount of bricks? Thanks again for sending the awesome pics, I wanna invite ALL other Bat-Blog Readers with cool stuff like this to send it in!

THE DARK KNIGHT BatmanToy Display at TOYS-R-US in Oklahoma City!

OK, I am NOW a major Bat-Nerd! When I saw this HUGE Batman / The Dark Knight Movie Store Display at Toys-R-Us in Oklahoma City (my hometown) I had to get some photos of it to share here, ha ha! It looks really cool & as soon as you enter the store, BAAMMM! There it is! The figure of Batman, in the middle, has a really neat multi-level 3-D quality to it that makes it look like he coming right at you! Then, on both sides are some very cool graphics of the Tumbler Batmobile & the Bat-Pod motorcycle ( they're 3-D also ). While there ( and since I had my camera ) I also got some photos of a few new Batman Dark Knight toys that looked pretty cool. First, there's the Large 30 inch Batman Figure that is totally & completely incredible! I mean, they are beautiful works of ART. Another new item I thought was kinda cool, in a weird way, was this Tyco RC Remote Controlled Bat-Boat! Now, I don't think this is an actual vehicle they're gonna have in the new movie ( I think they "made it up" & I usually hate that ) but it kinda looks like the Tumbler's design & is very unusual.
