WOW! It looks like the BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOY THAILAND is getting some really great press! Here's a video showing the 1st part of an exclusive TV Interview they did recently. Now, if you're like me, you won't be able to understand any of the language they're speaking but these videos do give you a great idea of what the Toy Museum looks like and some of the amazing Batman Toys & Memorabilia they have on display. New BATMAN 1:4 SCALE MUSEUM QUALITY STATUE

The Dark Knight emerges from the rubble of Gotham City in the latest from the museum quality line of collectables! This immaculately crafted statue features Batman gazing into the heart of the criminal underworld and is an impressive addition to any collection! Measuring approximately 18.75" high x 9" wide x 11" deep, this hand-painted, cold-cast porcelain, mixed-media statue is packaged in a 4-color box.

Suggested Retail Price will be about $324.95, in Stores on Sept. 12th.

BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOYS in Thailand - New Photos

OK, we reported awhile back about the opening of THE BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOYS in Thailand. It's a special place you need to visit if you ever go to that country. In fact, it would be totally worth it to book an airline ticket right now, ha! We know the Owner & he's a serious Batman Fan. It might also explain why the Museum's main focus seems to revolve around the Dark Knight. But hey, they also feature other toys and collectibles there too!

The place just keeps getting bigger & more complex. In fact, these new photos almost don't look like the same place. I think the pictures speak pretty well for themselves so I'm not commenting on them except for one thing, the place looks AWESOME! Future BATMAN TOYS MUSEUM in Thailand Gets a Logo!

Our Buddy BATCAT just released what might be the official logo for the BATMAN TOYS MUSEUM in Thailand! Well, I think this will be a promo image used on Business Cards, stuff like that. But either way it's pretty cool!

New BATMAN TOY COLLECTOR MUSEUM To Open in Thailand!

Check out these amazing photos we just got from our Good Friend "BAT-CAT". He has plans to open a brand-new BATMAN TOYS AND COLLECTIBLES MUSEUM in Thailand. Shown here are a few Architectural CGI Renderings of the planned site and building. Of course these things are usually a mock-up concept thing, & the final result is almost always different, but it should give you an idea how extremely GREAT this is going to be! He thinks it will be ready by early next year. Remember, the Bat-Blog will keep you updated on this. In the mean time, I want to wish the best of luck for this project. I'm really excited about it because it looks so cool!!

RARE VINTAGE BATMAN TOYS EXHIBIT at The MINT TOY MUSEUM in Singapore

BAM! POW!! Right now, in Singapore, The MINT Toy Museum is having a major exhibition of super-rare Vintage BATMAN Toys! We just got some photos from our friend Bat-Cat ( That's him in the 2nd photo under the "Batman Robot" Banner Sign! ) and they are going to make you cry, ha!

The MINT Toy Museum is located on Seah Street in a 5-story building & it's collection includes over 50,000 rare and vintage toys ranging from Popeye to Mickey Mouse & everything in between. Included in the Batman Collection are some rare Tin Toy Batmobiles, Japanese Robots, Dolls, Gumball Rings, Puppets, Soakys, Board Games, Model Kits, Plush Toys, etc... WOW!

Major ART SHOW - TIM BURTON at Los Angeles County Museum of Art

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art will present Tim Burton, a major retrospective exploring the full range of Tim Burton's creative work, both as a director of live-action and animated films, and as an artist, illustrator, photographer, and writer. Showcased here are just a few of the "Batman Items" that will be present. We got an original Batman Cowl from a Batman Movie, plus some Costume Design Drawings of both the Penguin & Catwoman from "Batman Returns" and one of The Joker ( Jack Nicholson ) from 1989's BATMAN. Plus, you know there will be much much more! Wow! It looks like a great show!



It will be on view at LACMA from May 29th ( This Sunday! ) through October 31st, 2011, the exhibition brings together over 700 drawings, paintings, photographs, moving-image works, storyboards, puppets, concept artworks, maquettes, costumes, and cinematic ephemera, including art from a number of unrealized and little-known personal projects. Many of these objects come from the artist's own archive, as well as from studio archives and private collections of Burton's collaborators.

New - DC Direct CATWOMAN STATUE 1:4 Scale Museum Quality

DC Direct just announced this New CATWOMAN STATUE that will come out towards the end of the year. It was sculpted by Karen Palinko.



This rendition of Gotham City’s most purrrfect Cat Burglar is the latest addition to DC Direct’s exclusive 1:4 scale museum quality statue series. Catwoman’s costume is tailored and detailed, while various mixed media elements give this statue texture and visual interest.



The CATWOMAN 1:4 SCALE MUSEUM QUALITY STATUE includes hand-painted resin parts, measures approximately 19” high x 10” wide x 7” deep, and will hit the stores around December 21st, 2011 with a retail price of about $325.00.

MESSERSCHMITT BATMOBILE - Custom Batman Car

OK, This car is both completely AWESOME & totally CRAZY! Of course, I mean "crazy" in a good way! Oh man, it's so cool!! This is a fully-customized MESSERSCHMITT Automobile made to look like a Batman Car! The custom work & paint job is beautiful. The appraised value of this car is only $75,000 which I think is way too low, it should be more in the 2-3 million range, ha! Please check out all the photos, you'll be drooling for days.
