Finally! It looks like today is an important day in Bat-History because the Official Warner Bros THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Website has posted an Arrest Warrant AND Wanted Poster for Batman!! Here is our Good Buddy Desmond. He's a very cool little kid and what's even cooler is, he's a HUGE Batman Fan! I mean, this Kid is totally coo-coo crazy for the Dark Knight! Well, here's a photo of him that his Mom recently emailed to us because he wanted us to all see his brand-new BATMAN Shoes. These are special Converse Sneakers and you can find them at Journey's. I really like the design of these and they're perfect for children. Oh yeah, you might notice in the 1st pic that Desmond is also sporting a cool Batman Logo T-Shirt AND Bat-Sunglasses!
Z is for Zhu, Feng Some of the greatest concept artists in the industry have at least one Star Wars movies in their resume. Is it because George Lucas sought out the best or did LucasArts turn them into great artists? I'm still not sure.
One of the greatest of the artists is Singaporean-American Feng Zhu who worked on Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Nowhere in his resume or IMDb page does it list Transformers, but he has some Transformer robot designs and it's thought that he worked on Transformers II: Revenge of the Fallen (2009).

OK, is it called "Paperback" or "Soft Cover"? I'm confused, ha! But anyways, you might remember a post here awhile back reporting about a new book titled, "ROUGH JUSTICE The DC Comics Sketches of ALEX ROSS". It's an amazing book with tons and tons of great color photos of the beautiful Artwork and Paintings done by Alex Ross. The book's main focus is work he did for DC Comics and there is a lot of great Batman stuff there. Plus, the book was designed by Chip Kidd so you know it's great. Well, this post is to announce that it's been issued again but this time in paperback, or soft cover, you know what I mean! Also, to change the book up a little bit, because it's a new format, they put BATMAN on the cover!! In fact, click on the photo up above for more detail. Yes, we reported about this NEW Mattel 2012 Hot Wheels Batmobile recently but these photos are different because they show the car OUT of it's original packaging and you can see a lot of cool details. Our good friend, "Skinnybird", opened his up to show us the special features. You can now see the details to the front grill & the scalloped edges of the rear of the car. Overall the design is excellent! ( Thanks for sending these great pics Skinnybird ).
OK, we reported awhile back about the opening of THE BAT-CAT MUSEUM AND TOYS in Thailand. It's a special place you need to visit if you ever go to that country. In fact, it would be totally worth it to book an airline ticket right now, ha! We know the Owner & he's a serious Batman Fan. It might also explain why the Museum's main focus seems to revolve around the Dark Knight. But hey, they also feature other toys and collectibles there too!
The place just keeps getting bigger & more complex. In fact, these new photos almost don't look like the same place. I think the pictures speak pretty well for themselves so I'm not commenting on them except for one thing, the place looks AWESOME!
