This is a photo from one of our Friends on Facebook who lives in Argentina. He and his Wife just gave birth to a Brand-New Bouncing Baby Boy. The cool thing, this kid is already a Huge Batman Fan!! In fact, He's shown here with his new favorite toy, a Batman Action Figure! Awwwwwww. A Special Congratulations goes out to both Parents & their Families. Lane is the Cutest Little HARLEY QUINN in the Whole Wide World!

OK, I know it's not a contest or anything, but out of all the photos submitted this year to the Bat-Blog in celebration of Halloween, this Super-Cute Costume of HARLEY QUINN has got to be the most precious one! This pretty little girl's name is Lane and, even though she's only a few months old, she experienced her very first Halloween in complete and total style! Her Mom, Jennifer, said,

"I started sewing it before she was born and had to make a few modifications when she finally arrived ( she was smaller than I imagined ). I did all the hand smocking around the neckline in a diamond pattern to be reminiscent of Harley Quinn and then accented it with tiny white pom poms. The black and white dress and diaper cover have diamond appliques and of course there's also a hood and mask, which she wore without any fuss - pretty great for a newborn!"

New BATMAN BABY BOOKS at Family Dollar Stores!

Our favorite Bat-Reporter, BATMOBILLY, spotted some very cool BATMAN Toddler Baby Books recently at a FAMILY DOLLAR Store! I think he said they were about 6 pages deep & the pages are very thick so they're safe for tiny children's hands. The artwork on these look pretty awesome! And at $1.00 each they're not a bad deal. Kyrian's BATMAN BABY ROOM ( 1966 TV Show Theme )

OK, you gotta love this post here at the Bat-Blog because this brand-new baby boy is so cute & the creativity in the decorating of his bedroom is just amazing! Here's some very cool photos sent in by our friend Thomas. On October 19th, 2010 his first son, Kyrian, was born and because Thomas is such a huge 1966 Batman Fan he & his girlfriend decided to give him a '66 Batman Baby Room! Yes! Check out all the amazing details! First, there's the Baby Crib with the "Gotham City with Bat-Signal" Graphic . Then, also for the crib, is a Plush Batman Doll Mobile ( I guess you could call it a "Bat-Mobile", get it? Ha Ha! ). Another pic shows a beautiful Batman-theme quilt with awesome graphics on both sides. There is also another smaller blanket with Kyrian's name made to look like the old TV show logo. Plus, there's an extremely cool set of curtains, wall designs, a mural, & check out the Baby Changing Table! WOW! This is ALL totally great! I really love the creativity going on here & I gotta say again that they did an amazing job on this baby room. I not only want to thank Thomas for sending these wonderful pics but I also want to congratulate these 2 proud parents on the birth of their beautiful baby boy...Kyrian!

Announcement - BABY BATGIRL IS BORN!

The Bat-Blog is very proud to announce a brand-new member of the Hughes Family, Baby Batgirl! Her name is Brooke & she was born on January 8th, 2010. This precious photo was sent in because it shows off her homemade "Little Batgirl Baby Blanket" with the special pink bat-logo. It's so cute & she's just complete adorable!! Brooke is a wonderful gift. I want to send my most sincere best wishes to the Hughes Family at this time, Congratulations!!

NEW BATMAN & BATGIRL ONESIES - Baby Toddler Clothing

Awhile back we did a story here at the Bat-Blog about some New DC Comics BATMAN Baby / Toddler Clothes they had at Target. It was a cute little Baby-Sized T-Shirt with the Batman Logo on it. Well, yesterday I received an e-mail from a girl named Tracy who said she didn't have a Target in her area & she asked if I knew of any other sources. Plus, she also asked if I knew about anything that was even smaller, like for a tiny baby. So after a little research, this is what I found. Here are 3 different Batman-Style Onesies each with their own style. The 1st one is black with the yellow oval-shaped Bat-Symbol. The 2nd one is light-gray with a Batman Comic Book logo that says, "BATMAN IN TRAINING". Now both of these would be appropriate for a small boy or girl but the next one, the 3rd pic, is really for a girl because it's the "Batgirl Outfit". It's also light-gray & has a bright yellow bat-symbol. Now, I already sent this information to Tracy ( she didn't specify if it was a boy or girl & later I found out it was a girl so that's cool because they have the "Batgirl Costume" ). Then I got to thinking that maybe there are some other readers out there with a similar question but didn't ask so...here ya go! TO THE BAT-CRIB!

Here at the Bat-Blog people are welcome to send us their vintage family photos if they're Batman-related. I always seriously love to get these because sometimes they're really cute & funny, other times they're just a really neat piece of Bat-History. This one is a great example of both! At first glance you see an extremely cute little Batman Fan sporting a BATMAN One-Piece Jumper ( I think they're called "Onesies" ). Just on that level you get the "cute & adorable" motif but then you see the Batman Clothing & realize that this bat-item is actually extremely SUPER-RARE. Man, I would love to have one of these in my personal collection. In fact, I would have it framed & put behind glass to protect it, ha ha! The next thing that's pretty interesting is the fact that this little kid started out in the crib as a Batman Fan & still is today. Now, that loyality! The photo is of our friend Ed & he explains it this way, "Let's see...I'm born Dec '65, "Batman" premieres on ABC in January of '66, and by Sept of that same year I'm already dressed in a Batman shirt. Yep, guess I've been a fan my whole life." Oh yeah, I love both the photo AND the story...too funny! Yeah, Batman Fan Forever! So, thanks Ed for sharing your family picture, it's great. Readers, he send another one of himself from later in life when he dressed as Robin at Halloween. You won't wanna miss this costume because it's actually pretty cool. But that one is for a future posting, so keep an eye out for that!

Baby Desmond ( The Littlest Bat-Fan ) Models new DC Superhero & Batman T-Shirts From Target!

You might remember awhile back we featured an adorable photo of a super-cute baby boy named Desmond, wearing a special Batman Toddler T-Shirt. Well, he's growing-up like crazy & here's a more recent photo. Look at him, he is sooooo CUTE! Plus, I love the great smile on his face too. I guess being a Batman Fan makes him happy, ha ha! His parents, Seth and Melissa, wrote this wonderful letter with their e-mail:

"Just wanted to share the great new Baby T-Shirts that we just found at Target. They finally came out with Batman shirts!!! Desmond , now 4 months old, was featured on the Bat-Blog in May in his only Batman shirt...but now he has two more and Daddy couldn't be more proud! So Desmond ( the Littlest Bat Fan ) wanted to model this fall's Baby Batman Line from Target :) Thanks for the Bat-Blog...We all luv it!!!"

Desmond, The Cutest Little Batman Fan!

The Bat-Blog is extremely proud to announce the birth of Desmond, also known as the Little BatFan! He was born on May 6th, 2009, just 2 weeks ago! The proud parents are Seth & Melissa. I wanna congratulate them on their new bundle of joy! He is so extremely cute & I seriously love that little Batman T-Shirt, how funny! They told me they found it awhile back & had to wait until he was big enough to wear it. He looks really cool wearing it! I hope he becomes a Bat-Blog Reader in the future, ha ha! But all kidding aside, I really love this baby photo, it's very special. Plus, this is just totally wonderful news. Thank You & Hey, Desmond! Welcome to the world!!

DC BATMAN: Batbaby Baby Bao 10" Art Doll Figure by Dorophy Tang

Recently a famous Hong Kong artist and designer named Dorophy Tang released a few Batman Parody illustrations that became quite popular. The "fake Batman comic book covers" were called BATBABY & they were inspired by Chinese Boy imagery combined with American Superhero iconography. So, to capitalize on the success of her art, she will be releasing this very limited 10" vinyl figure doll called "BATBABY BABY BAO". So limited in fact that only 300 will be made & the rumor is that they will retail for around $165.00 ( American Dollars ). Personally, I think it's pretty cool! It really cracks me up. The funny thing is, for this post, I was researching the "Bat-Baby Prints" & at almost the same time a reader ( named BATFAN ) sent me these photos of the doll....WOW! Now, how weird is THAT!! After such a good omen like that I knew it was going to be a good post, ha ha! Also, I hope she makes one of Robin The Boy Wonder too!! Thanks BATFAN!

Cute Family Photo: MAX, The Boy Wonder!!

Last night I received an e-mail from a Bat-Blog Reader, named Stu, who had this incredibly sweet family photo to share. This is his son MAX as Robin, The Boy Wonder!! This is probably the most adorable photo I have EVER received! Stu explained it a lot better in his e-mail & wrote, "My name is Stu and I live in NJ. I am a huge Batman fan - one day I will have to send you pictures of my collection. I love your blog and I read it almost everyday! Today I would like to share with you, and your readers, a picture of my son Max. Although he was only 3 and a half weeks old on Halloween he INSISTED on wearing his Robin costume." Ha Ha, he "insisted to wear it", that's funny! Stu, please tell your wife that this little baby boy is extremely cute & precious. I seriously love this photo, it's totally priceless! Thank you so much for sending it. I know that my readers will feel the same way, he's such a cute boy. Plus, you're raising him up right with him being a Batman Fan so early!! That's very cool.

"Who's the cutest little Batman in all the world? You are! Yes, You are!", ha ha! The Bat-Blog has a MySpace page that we use for promotional purposes. I call it my "propaganda"! While surfing there the other day I came across this photo of an adorable little kid dressed like Batman. It's one of those small child-size Halloween Costumes that are kinda neat. I knew instantly that I had to contact the person who owned that page & beg them if I could post it here. He's a cute kid & seeing him dressed up like Batman is kinda funny! They were extremely cool about it & said, "Yes, please do". So, here's a photo of the cutest kid to ever dress-up as the Dark Knight...Baby Batman! Family Photo: BAT-BABY Wearing Batman Mask!

"I AM BATMAN!!" At one of the many Message Boards I am a member of I saw this extremely cute family photo that I knew I had to share here. Someone with a very tiny little baby placed a Batman mask on it's face for a family photo. Personally, I really love this picture & think it's a work of true ART. I instantly e-mailed the owner of this picture to ask permission & he was kind enough to say, Yes! So, thank you for allowing me to share this.
