OK, Here's the deal. Lately I've been dealing with one crisis after another and my focus is complete crap. I've been stressed out more than any other time in my life, so keeping up with the BAT-BLOG has been difficult. Now, I'm not whining or complaining. I'm just sayin', ha! Anyways, a Facebook Friend of this site, named Pat, submitted an incredible BATMAN TATTOO Photo awhile back and it just got lost in the mix. I was kind of unorganized at that moment and it never got logged-in to post. So, here it is a week or two later and I'm finally posting it, ha! Sorry Pat, Hey, "Better Late Than Never", my Grandmother used to always say.
But Hey, People, check this out! Pat's Bat-Tat is a 1970's version of the comic book logo and it's really great! In fact, this logo is one of my favorites because it reminds me of my old "comic book collecting days" as a little kid in the 70's and that was a good time in my life. In other words, that BAT-LOGO brings back fond memories. Thanks Pat for sharing your pic & sorry it took so long to get it posted.
Check out this fresh new Bat-Tat submitted by a Bat-Blog Fan who recently got some ink done. He said his inspiration for this BATMAN TATTOO ART was the 1966 Batmobile Car designed by George Barris and this is the Classic BAT-LOGO Door Emblem. Yes, That's very very cool!
OK, This is pretty funny! A Friend of the Bat-Blog, Bobby, recently came across a fun BATMAN Car while shopping at a Wal-Mart in Lynchburg, Virginia. He just had to get this fun photo! Oh yeah, there it was, right there in the parking lot!! The car isn't totally customized or anything, It's just black with a HUGE Bat-Symbol Logo on the hood. But, still pretty cool. Thanks Bobby!

Here are 2 amazing BATMAN Tattoo Photos we recently got that show some amazing artwork! The 1st one, done for our Friend Bob, is a special graphic showing 3 different Batman Bat-Symbol Logos, all in one! The design concept is unique and clever. Plus, it looks great!
The 2nd one is very cool too. This is from our Friend Brian, who got this large Tattoo showing Batman and Robin in the 1966 George Barris Batmobile Car!! It's sharp and has great coloring/shading, nice!

The only word I could think of to describe today's post is "Extravaganza!", ha ha! We did one of our BATMAN TATTOO ART Posts yesterday and was shocked later to get, not one, but THREE messages from Bat-Blog Fans who have got some bat-ink done! They all sent some wonderful photos of their amazing Batman-themed Tattoos. So, let's check 'em out!
The 1st one, in no particular order, was submitted by a friend named Ryan. It features both Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy done in a "Batman Animated Series" style. Just think "Bruce Timm" artwork. It also features the Classic Logo for THE JOKER.
Next up is a photo sent to us by a Tattoo Artist named Trish. She told us she did this BATMAN BAT-SYMBOL LOGO for her Friend's Son. It's freakin' SWEEEET!!!
Last, but not least, is this great pic from Victor. We kind of get 2 views of this large Tattoo that has both The Dark Knight AND Catwoman, Meow! I like the BATS Motif in the background, a nice touch. Wow! So thanks to everybody who sent us these cool photos, you people ROCK! I just got this really great BATMAN TATTOO ART Photo from a Friend over at Facebook. His name is TJ and he got some awesome INK done! Here's the classic yellow oval-shaped Batman Bat-Logo!! It's very well-drawn, plus the coloring is decent ( yellow is hard to fill-in as a solid color so that must have been real painful, ha! ). The BAT-BLOG.COM has a Friend over on Facebook named Erik who lives in Denmark. Erik was kind enough to send us some very cool photos of his BATMAN TATTOO Art. It looks like he has the DARK KNIGHT MOVIE Logo on the center of his back, the Classic Bat-Logo on his right shoulder, and I think the most recent is the BATMAN FIGURE on his lower back. OK, Arts and Crafts Fans are gonna freak-out over this news! A Good Friend to the Bat-Blog, named Jennifer, sent us some wonderful photos of a brand-new set of DC Comics Licensed-Products, BATMAN Cotton Fabric!! Oh yeah, here's some new Bolts of Cloth with graphic appeal! Right now many Creative Bat-Blog Readers are thinking of a hundred uses: Custom Shirts, Dresses, Handbags, Quilts, Baby Blankets, etc... but my idea is that this stuff would make very excellent curtains, ha!
Jennifer sent us some amazing examples of the diversity of design they all have but I gotta say that the very 1st photo is my personal favorite. I love that all-over design & the clip art they used. Of course, the other ones with a simple Bat-Symbol Logo could be great for for projects too. ( Thank You Jennifer ). Hey, if anybody makes some stuff outta this fabric then please let us know. OK, Every week we post a few FREE Brand-New BATMAN WALLPAPERS here at the Bat-Blog, it's called "Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday"! This week I was really struggling with what to post. Then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw how these 2 random backgrounds totally mirrored each other. OK, I know it's dumb, ha ha! but look at the size & angle of the Bat-Symbol in each of these pictures... they're almost the same! Now, the 1st one is a photo sent in by a Batman Fan who, one day, cooked a Bat-Biscuit! Hey, you gotta admit it looks pretty neat & is very creative. He did a great job on it! Now, the next wallpaper background is a CGI-rendered image of a young Bruce Wayne in the alleyway with his murdered parents. The looming shadow of the BAT symbolizes his future. Anyways, we hope you enjoy these. Please be sure to come back next week and we promise we won't be so weird, ha!
We just got this wonderful photo from a Bat-Blog Reader named Justin. It seems he is already in the Halloween spirit, that's cool! The other night he carved a Jack O'Lantern Pumpkin with this Batman Logo Bat-Symbol, it looks really good, nice sharp lines. Thanks Justin, you did a great job on it!! OK, I was surfing through eBay the other night & came across this strange Custom BATMAN Horse Saddle. I thought I would share it because it's sort of both extremely weird & very awesome all at the same time. You know, kinda quirky. Actually, I guess if you do need a saddle then this would be pretty cool to have. It has the bat-symbol logo on it & comes in yellow or blue ( I like the yellow one better ).
Shown here, for your viewing pleasure, are 2 really great Batman Art Tattoos that are extremely HUGE! In fact, they cover the entire backs of these 2 dedicated Batman Fans ( Please be sure to click on the photos for larger, more detailed/sharper, pictures ). The 1st one is our friend Damon who got a set of colored tattoos with the artwork showing Batman, The Joker, & "The Dark Knight" Movie Bat-Symbol Logo. I think the picture of Batman is based on some Neal Adams art so that's cool. Either way, they're some really great images of the characters & the shading is very well done. The next tattoo is also really wonderful. This photo was sent in by our friend Nate & this is actually his Wife, who has been a Batman Fan and Collector since the 1970’s. It's a retro-style Batman with a great costume, it looks pretty awesome. I also really love the Batmobile as a vintage 1940's custom car. I wanna thank both our readers for sending these pics in. I got this wonderful set of photos awhile back from a Bat-Blog Fan named Vickie & I'm finally getting around to posting them, whew! It's really cool, she got a BATMAN BAT-LOGO tattoo on her left leg. Shown here is the original artwork she gave to the Tattoo Artist to create this masterpiece. She wrote,
"I have a Batman Tattoo! I got one done in August of 2007 on my 18th birthday ( I'll be 21 this August ) and it was actually a birthday present from my Sister's boyfriend at the time. As it was my very first one I thought long and hard about it and chose to get a Batman-inspired tattoo, much to the jealousy of my Sister who also loves Batman!"

OK, ya gotta love it when people customize their car into a Batmobile...it's wacky! Here are some fun photos from a guy I met online named John. He did some custom work on a 1997 Cougar & made it into the Ultimate Bat-Car! As you can see from the very 1st photo chicks totally dig the ride. Yes, there is a car in that photo (look to the right). Now in the next pic you can see the custom upholstery with the Bat-Logo on the seats. I like that everything inside is black & grey. Plus,I totally love that futuristic steering wheel, very cool! The next 2 shots show the outside of the car. You can really see the custom paint job with the Bat-Symbol on the sides & the hood. I guess it's important to say that they were shot while on a road trip up & down Route 66. Some pics were shot at the Texas border & the other one was in the mountains. I wanna thank john for allowing us to show off his cool Bat-Car & also invite all other Bat-Blog Readers who have made some Custom Batman stuff to send your pics in too.
The Bat-Blog is very proud to announce a brand-new member of the Hughes Family, Baby Batgirl! Her name is Brooke & she was born on January 8th, 2010. This precious photo was sent in because it shows off her homemade "Little Batgirl Baby Blanket" with the special pink bat-logo. It's so cute & she's just complete adorable!! OK, this video is not a complete "How To" tutorial but you get the basic idea. It shows you how to use Adobe Illustrator to make a BATMAN Bat-Symbol Chest Logo ( Classic "Yellow Oval" version ). It's kinda cool!
I just met this guy on the internet & how did I know he was a serious Batman Fan? Well, because he has this HUGE Batman Tattoo Art of a Bat-Symbol Logo on his chest! Now, that's what I call dedicated. He recently got it & it's pretty cool. It's done "life-size" so, I guess, when he removes his shirt it looks like he is wearing a Batman Costume underneath, that's awesome! WOW, Since we have not posted a Batman Tattoo Photo in awhile I thought it would be a good idea to do one today! This photo was sent to us by a new friend we met at MySpace. His page is called "WicketToys" & he is totally into photography. He's also a Major Toy Collector. His main focus seems to be the line of Hot Toys Figures. But, wait a minute, back to the Bat-Tattoo, haha! As you can see by the photo, it's a small "Bat-Symbol Logo" on the back of his neck. I like the clean design, very simple.
