OK, Mattel keeps cranking out all these cool Batman products I can't afford to keep up with, ha! But, here's something pretty cool that I might have to go without food for!

Here's a specially Boxed 4-Pack of some brand-new 2011 HOT WHEELS DC COMICS ORIGINALS NOSTALGIA SERIES Diecast Cars. Inside the cool window box are custom rides for Robin, The Penguin, Catwoman, and Batman! The designs are pretty cool, click on the photo above for more detail. Now, I don't really have any more info on these right now. Like, are they in stores now? But they're popping-up on evil eBay so I guess so. No idea on price either, but I'm guessing the retail price is probably around the $25 range.

Here at the BAT-BLOG.COM we not only share the love of collecting older Vintage Batman Toys but we try to report about all the totally brand-new merchandise that's out there. As Serious Bat-Collectors we even love the new stuff, ha! So, here's some fresh products that our Friend and Bat-Reporter, BATMOBILLY, spotted at a Target Store the other night. Here's some BATMAN Licensed Winter Wear!! There are 2 BATMAN-LOGO Toboggan Caps and a Pair of Gloves! ( Hey, what is that "Transformers" crap doing in the photo, ha! ) I really like both of these hats. If I had to chose I'd say the top one, I like the BIG Bat-Symbol. Thanks Batmobilly! NJ COMIC EXPO - BATVENTION PHOTOS - 1966 Batman TV Show and Movie Reunion

A few days ago the Bat-Blog.Com told you about the NJ COMIC EXPO "2011 Batvention Event" in Teaneck, NJ that happened last weekend. Well, Ace Bat-Repoter BatDave was there & got some amazing photos to share! The event was a Celebration of the 1966 BATMAN TV Show! Well, I should also say "the BATMAN Movie" too because the Guest of Honor was none other than CATWOMAN herself, Lee Merriwether!



Like we reported, many other Actresses from the 60's TV Show were there. They appear in the photos up above & it looks like they all had a great time. Batdave's friends, The Gotham City Supercars Club, were there with their incredible Batmobile Replica Cars. A guy named Batrodz even showed up with a wonderful 1966 Batcycle Replica Motorcycle ( Check out his Custom Batman Helmet! ). Captain Gene Nock was there with his Original 1966 Batcopter. That was very special because Lee Merriwether and that Original Bat-Vehicle both appeared in the 1960's BATMAN Film.



There were also a ton of wonderful Cosplay People all showing off their fun costumes. Whew! It looks like it was a totally great event, I wish I could have been there! Oh yeah, a special "Thank You" goes out to BatDave for getting all these awesome pics together. If anyone else went to this event and wants to share some pics then please let us know.

BATMAN and VAL KILMER At The 2011 SUPERNOVA POP CULTURE EXPO in Australia!

Last Saturday, November 5th, the 2011 SUPERNOVA POP CULTURE EXPO went on in Brisbane, Australia. Our friend "Batdag" was there dressed-up as the Dark Knight and recently he shared some amazing photos with us. As you can see his Bat-Suit Costume is pretty amazing. It seems like everybody loves Batman! Speaking of that character, he also got to meet the Guest of Honor, Val Kilmer!! Yeah, it was sort of like "Batman Meets Batman" ( check out the last photo ). Another cool factor of the festivities were all the great Cosplay people. There costumes are always very cool to see. I wanna thank Batdag for sharing his wonderful pics. BATYY HALLOWEEN - Robin and The Riddler in Battle!

RIDDLE ME THIS, "What is it that no man wants to have, yet no man wants to lose ?" Answer: A Lawsuit! Ha Ha! Sorry, I had to do a wacky riddle because this next group of pictures feature the Riddler! Yes, Gotham City has recently been threatened by the Prince of Puzzles. But wait! Robin is on the case & ready to fight crime! What will happen next?!

These fun pics were sent in by our friend Jessica to share the Halloween Costumes that her & her friend Linh made this year. Jessica is Robin & Linh is the Riddler! Both costumes are totally great! I have always felt that homemade outfits are the very best & this is total proof. I wanna thank them both for taking the time to shoot these wonderful photos. POW! Here are 2 brand-new Bat-Collectibles to keep an eye out for because they're both extremely cool! I mean, I totally love these!! Here are BATGIRL and CATWOMAN Dolls made by Pullip Toys of Japan. These awesome Japanese Toys were sold as an EXCLUSIVE at the 2011 San Diego Comic Con! But don't worry, they're also being sold online & finding them is pretty easy. They retail for around $130.00 each. In one photo you can see their nice Display Boxes. The dolls are really great. I like their big heads ( ha ha ) & the costumes are wonderful. Also, the very last photo shows 2 variations that were EXCLUSIVES in Japan only. They were sold at the "Wonder Festival" & are limited to 400 pieces each. Personally, I like the SDCC versions better because their hair color is more accurate.
