New BATMAN 1966 TV BATMOBILE 1:32 ELECTRIC SLOT CAR KIT From Polar Lights

Here's a line of new BATMAN products that should hit stores around December, 2011. Hopefully, just in time for Christmas! The POLAR LIGHTS Toy Company, better known for their awesome Plastic Model Kits, are coming out with a New BATMAN 1966 TV BATMOBILE ELECTRIC SLOT CAR KIT. Yes, you read that right, a "kit", since you put the Toy Slot Car together yourself. It's scale is 1:32 so it's a nice size. Below is a photo of the packaging & the box graphics are excellent! They're also going to make a replica of the "Black Beauty" Car from the 60's GREEN HORNET TV Series... AWESOME! Now, for the best deal on the internet, click the link below!

60's GREEN HORNET Meets Batman's Adam West!

Since the new GREEN HORNET Movie is in full-swing I thought I would post this vintage photo of the original 1960's Green Hornet TV Show. This is a promo pic showing the Actor Van Williams ( in full costume ) presenting a Halloween Trick-or-Trick Bag to Batman's Adam West... Classic!

Vintage Video: 1966 GREEN HORNET & BATMAN Promo TV Commercial

Here's a Vintage TV Promo Commercial for the 1966 Batman & Green Hornet TV Shows. It's great to see Green Hornet's sidekick Kato, because in real-life he was Bruce Lee! The current buzz in Hollywood is that they're gonna remake the Green Hornet into a movie starring Seth Rogen....Ummm, ok! Let's hope they do a good job to this ultra-classic television program...please!

POP CULTURE Inspired Artwork Paintings BATGIRL ROBIN & GREEN HORNET!

Last week I was surfing thru the internet enjoying some cool webpages about art galleries & stuff. When all of a sudden I came across this one artist's page who does POP ART style paintings that are totally inspired from 1960's Pop Culture. The artist's name is Tommy Kane ( I don't think he's related to Bob Kane, ha ha ) & if you like his work then do a Google Search, beautiful stuff!! All of them were really great but I had to share these three with my readers because they are sort of Batman-Related. Well, one of them is the Green Hornet but that TV Show was on at the same time as Batman, so there! Be sure to check the BAT-BLOG ARCHIVES for many more Batman-inspired ART!
