New 2012 BATMAN CALENDARS - Arkham City Video Game and Gotham City Sirens

I know 2012 is a long time away but we just got some news about a very cool set of 2012 Batman 16-Month Wall Calendars that will be available soon. The 1st one is inspired by the BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game. The 2nd one will be loved by Fans of the GOTHAM CITY SIRENS Comic Book Series. You know these lovely girls: Catwoman, Poison Ivy, & Harley Quinn... MEOW! The cool thing is that both of these Calendars will also come with some FREE Digital Material you can download to your computer ( Basically, it will be an Electronic Calendar Widget for your desktop ). Now, I don't know which one of these I'm going to get yet, maybe both, ha! I mean, both Calendars look pretty cool & it's hard to decide. If you would like to pre-order them & save 20% then please use the link button down below.

Simone's Awesome HARLEY QUINN Batman Tattoo!

Check out this photo, recently submitted by a Bat-Blog Fan named Simone, of her extremely cool back tattoo of HARLEY QUINN! Who, of course, we all know as a member of GOTHAM CITY SIRENS & sometimes she's the Joker's girlfriend ( I'm talking about Harley, not Simone, ha ha! ). The art concept is sort of playing around with the old "Comedy & Tragedy" idea. The left image is happy & she's crying in the other one. This seems pretty accurate since Harley Quinn suffers from a major bi-polar personality! But all kidding aside this Batman Tattoo is really really great & I wanna thank Simone for sending it in.

GOTHAM CITY SIRENS: Desktop Wallpaper Backgrounds!

DC Comics is about to release a brand-new comic book titled GOTHAM CITY SIRENS. This all-new series features the bad girls of Gotham City! Catwoman, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn are tired of playing by other people's rules regardless of which side of the law they're on. These tough ladies have a new agenda that's all their own, and they'll use any means necessary to pursue it. But can they get along and work as a team? And who will get hurt along the way? DETECTIVE COMICS and STREETS OF GOTHAM writer Paul Dini kicks off this brand-new ongoing series with amazing artwork by Guillem March. As sort of a tribute to these characters, and because of a request by a Bat-Blog Reader, I have made these 2 wallpapers you can use to brighten your desktop or as a background in a MySpace layout. Look for GOTHAM CITY SIRENS to hit the newstands on June 24th, 2009.
