Awhile back, at the CTRL+ALT_DEL webcomic website, they did a totally hilarious parody of Batman. It looks like he finally had an "accident" with his batarang, ha ha! Be sure to click on it for a larger version, check it out!
Awhile back I discovered a very interesting webcomic that, at the time, I meant to share because it's actually kind of cool & the drawing style is really excellent. But, being busy with this site, I sort of forgot about it. Then later a friend mentioned it to me & I was like, oh yeah, that is a cool site. I have to say something about it. But then I couldn't find it ( I have like 4 million bookmarks, ha ha ). Then I got busy & forgot about it again. Well, just recently a Bat-Blog Reader wrote me about it, asking if I had ever heard of a site called BATMAN AND SONS. He sent a link. When I got there I laughed & thought, OK, I have to report it now...so, finally, here it is! ( Thanks to Jim for re-reminding me! ) Now it's sort of a high-concept kinda thing & to get into it you have to release all the preconceived feelings you have about the Batman character. Basically, you just have to sort of go with it! The idea is that Batman is a Father & all the Robin characters through the years are his small children. There's even a tiny baby who is the "Batman Beyond" character. I guess you can say it's a little bit like a TV Family Sitcom. Yes, see, I said it was kinda weird. But once you start to read it the thing sort of grows on you. Now, I'm assuming that some people will think it's charming & others ( mainly uptight crybabies ) won't like it at all. It reminds me a lot of the recent DC Comics title "Tiny Titans", where all the characters are small children. I don't know. Please check it out & let me know what you think about it. Here's a link, just click HERE!
Shown here is a Batman & Joker comic strip found at a web comic page called AMAZING SUPERPOWERS ( Click on it for a larger, more readable, version ). Our friend Eben sent it to us & it's pretty funny! In fact, when I went there to check it out I ended-up spending about 20-30 minutes just reading all the ones stored in the archives, ha ha! Thanks for sending the link Eben. Hey, if anybody else wants to check it out then just click HERE!
One of my favorite web comics online is PVP ( which stands for "Player vs Player" ). It's a comic strip about an office full of characters who are all total comic book & gaming geeks. In fact, they all work at a magazine for video game news. Recently the creator of the strip, Scott Kurtz, made total fun of BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM ( Click on the small graphic up above for a larger, more readable, version ). It hilarious! Now if you would like to read more of their wacky adventures then just be sure to CLICK HERE!
Here's a totally hilarious "I'm Not From Here" web comic strip by Kenn Minter. It explains his new theory on the new American economy. It's funny because it is so true. It might also be the reason that my Amazon sales have dropped to nothing, ha ha!
My friend Chris Haley, who does a web-comic with Curt Franklin called "Let's Be Friends Again", recently did a parody about the Batman RIP / Final Crisis storyline ending. It's pretty funny! I like the homage to the old Warner Bros Looney Tunes cartoons. Please click on the graphic up above for a larger version, the artwork is pretty nice! Also, to read more of this hilarious strip be sure to visit their website, here's a link:
Here's a very interesting link that was sent in to me the other day. It's for a web-comic site called BATMAN VS GODZILLA! The artist's work is pretty good & the story seems funny so far. If you would like to read it from the beginning then click on the link button down below. Also, please leave a COMMENT to let us know what ya think about it.
While surfing the web the other day I came across this hilarious webcomic by Pass Fail Studios. It revolves around the characters of the DC & Marvel Comics Universe. Up above is one such panel, click on it for more easy reading. The web comic has a ton of references to Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Powergirl, Wolverine, Spiderman, X-Men, etc... & some are pretty gosh-darn funny! Check it out sometime. Oh yeah, remember to BOOKMARK the Bat-Blog before ya go!
This post is kinda fun. Yesterday my girlfriend was very excited about finding a really obscure Batman News item for me, she's sweet. Actually she found a really cool webcomic where 2 artists, Mike Heronime & Thomas Davison, created a fantasy story of BATMAN MEETS DICK TRACY. The "Graphic Novel" artwork looks a lot like the work of Frank Miller but actually pretty good. Also, The story is interesting, especially if you're a fan of vintage Dick Tracy & Batman. I don't wanna spoil the plot or anything but I know many of my readers will enjoy it. Please comment down below & let us know what you think about it. We will have more posts like this in the future so be sure to subscribe to our RSS feed or bookmark this page. Now, click the button below & enjoy some nice reading.
One of my all-time favorite webcomics is PVP ( Player VS Player ) by Scott Kurtz. It's a very well-designed strip, always funny, & very well drawn. It revolves around a group of characters who work in an office that publishes a Video Gaming Magazine. I've been reading it for years & thought I would share this one comic he did that was all about Batman. It's a short comic strip called BATMAN: MY PARENTS ARE DEAD. Up above I am showing one of my favorite panels but if you CLICK IT you can read the entire story...enjoy!
I recently discovered an extremely funny web comic called DUELING ANALOGS. Here's one of their comic strips featuring a LEGO BATMAN FIGURE losing his hand while swinging...hilarious! The humor there is sort of twisted. You can find their site at:

Scott Kurtz, who has a really great web-comic called PVP ( Player VS Player ), recently did a Batman-inspired comic strip that is totally different than his ususal PVP comic. This bat-strip is hilarious & really captures the mental state of Batman! ( Click on the small picture to see large photo ). Kurtz has a great drawing style & is really funny so be sure to check out his recent PVP comic strip using the PVP LINK BUTTON in the BAT-BLOG Link Button area, located on the right-hand side of this blog. For more humor you can also check out our archives for more funny photos. Also, please remember to BOOKMARK THE BATBLOG before ya leave!
