RAT FINK 1966 BATMOBILE Custom HOT ROD CAR Model Kit

Check out this totally crazy RAT FINK Custom Model Kit I saw on eBay the other night, ha ha! It's the 1966 Batmobile Car ( George Barris version ) with RAT FINK as the driver. If you're not familiar with the "Rat Fink" character then let me say he was a "Hot Rod freak" designed by Big Daddy Ed Roth in the 1960's. Both Fink & Roth are a cult heroes to many race car fans around the world. Anyways, I thought this model kit was pretty cool!

Awesome BATMAN 1966 BATMOBILE TATTOO Art!

I think it's actually been awhile since we posted a Batman Tattoo but as soon as I saw this one I knew we had to feature it here. I contacted the owner & he was kind enough to allow us to post it. His name is Steve & this beautiful piece of art was done by a Tattoo Artist named Matthew Ward. It's a wacky-crazy graphic of Batman in his 1966 Batmobile "George Barris" Car with missiles shooting out of the back!! I say "wacky-crazy" because it's sort of done in the vintage 1960's "Rat-Fink Style". See how Batman is wayyyy bigger than the car & the gearshift knob is really huge? Plus, the tires are smokin' like crazy! This is really great &, as a tattoo, totally original... I love it! Thanks to both Steve & Matthew for allowing us to post it. You guys did an awesome job on it & I know many Batman Fans are going to completely love seeing it! OK, I love Wednesday because all I gotta do is post some Batman Wallpapers for "Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday". ha ha! Ya see, I do a post or two, maybe three, every single day here at the BAT-BLOG....we're ALWAYS updating this page & keeping it fresh with current news. About 98% of the time I really enjoy it & am kind of into it. But like anything else some days ya wake up & feel like doin' nothing. Then, I think about the hundreds of people who enjoy the BAT-BLOG on a daily basis & feel guilty. Oh well, whattya going to do?
