RETRO-STYLE BATMAN Father's Day Card at Hallmark Cards Store

OK, Tomorrow ( June 17th ) is Father's Day. Well, at least here in the USA, not sure about other parts of the world. Is this an International Holiday? Yeah, I'm an Idiot! Anyway, Hallmark Cards has a brand-new RETRO-STYLE BATMAN Father's Day Greeting Card that has ultra-cool super-amazing graphics!! Seriously, I love the vintage artwork here! I don't even have a Dad & I might buy one, ha! ( A special Thanks to our Buddy BatDave for finding this new merchandise ).

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! Vintage 1966 Batman Valentine Cards!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYBODY!! A loyal Bat-Blog Reader sent us these great photos showing some very cool Vintage 1966 Batman Valentine Cards made from around the time of the old '66 TV Show. The artwork is totally beautiful but the neat thing, from a collector's point-of-view, is the picture of the actual Valentine Box Packaging the cards originally came in...sweeeeeet! ( My favorite graphic is the one with the Batmobile Car racing towards you, VROOOOM! )Thanks Mark. New BATMAN Note Cards Set ( Comic Book Style Art )

Checks Unlimited, the company who makes some really cool BATMAN CHECKS, have just now released a set of Batman Note Cards that you could use this holiday season instead of greeting cards. The Set of 20 folded note cards includes 4 designs and white envelopes. Cards are blank inside and measure 5.5" x 4.25". Coordinating return address labels are available too. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY From Batman... and Catwoman Too!

OK, in the United States we have a stupid holiday ( created by the candy & floral companies ) called Valentine's Day, ha ha! I know, I sound bitter, I'm not. Actually, I have a wonderful person in my life & I think she's great. We'll have a special dinner tonight & I'm thankful for that. I just hate how commercialized everything is here in the USA. I know it sounds cynical but it's true. If I see another Zales Jewelry Store "Heart-Shaped Pendant" TV Commercial I'm gonna throw-up! I do, however, have some sentimental feelings about Valentine's Day. One of them is the cool themed-greeting cards we gave out in school when we were little kids. These have been a tradition for a very long time & I could almost see myself collecting them because the vintage ones are really cool. The graphics are some of my favorites. Check out the ones here with Batman & Catwoman...sweet! So, don't let the commercials wear you down & please remember to call your Mother & wish her a Happy Valentines Day.
