Warner Bros Entertainment and Tt Games just released photos of the cover art for the New LEGO BATMAN 2 : DC SUPERHEROES Video Game. Now, I got the photos for the Playstation 3, XBox 360, and Wii versions but they're all, with the exception of their LOGO at the top, all the same! So I'm just posting one picture because all three would be way too redundant. Hey, you get the idea from this pic! The previous LEGO BATMAN Video Game sold really well & had great reviews so this newer one is highly anticipated. Stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG.COM for more future news as it arrives!
Here's a Vintage TV Commercial we have featured here before at the BAT-BLOG.COM but this one is special because it's the "Italian version"! Yes, this advertisement also appeared on Television in Italy and was made to sell the BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Video Game for the Wii Console and Nintendo DS... how cool! I don't know, I think it's neat hearing BAT-MITE, GREEN ARROW, and BATMAN speaking Italian, ha ha!

It will be made for the Nintendo DS & Wii gaming consoles only ( yeah, major bummer! ). But te graphics here look pretty cool! I know my 2 nephews have a Wii, so this looks like what they might be getting for Christmas. That way, I'll be able to play it, ha ha!

I meant to talk about this the other day but with the current release of the JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON TWO EARTHS movie I was sort of busy. Well, it looks like Warner Bros is going to come out with a video game for the BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD property. The video game, for now, will be available for the Wii & Nintendo DS. Here's what the Official Press Release from Warner Brothers Games sort -of says:

Interactive Entertainment, on behalf of DC Comics, announces Batman: The Brave and the Bold the Videogame, an action-adventure videogame based on the popular animated series, available this Autumn for Wii™ and Nintendo DS™. In the game, fans play alongside Batman and many of his allies in the DC UNIVERSE to take on dozens of popular villains.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold the Videogame fully immerses fans into the vivid animated world of the successful TV series where kids can play as Batman or together with family and friends in two-player co-op mode. Players can choose from iconic characters ROBIN, GREEN LANTERN, BLUE BEETLE, along with drop-in heroes such as AQUAMAN to help solve puzzles and fight foes.
The game provides maximum replay value to those who own both the Wii and Nintendo DS versions by allowing them to connect the two systems to unlock BAT-MITE as a playable character. In Batman: The Brave and the Bold the Video Game, players embark on an exciting journey through crime-filled alleys, alien planets, abandoned underground cities and mysterious laboratories. Further lending to the authentic cartoon feel of the game is the inclusion of Batman’s iconic gadgets such as Batarangs and his Grapnel Gun.
There's a new Batman Product that everybody is going totally crazy over, but is actually kinda hard to find, & that is these very cool "Batman & The Joker: Notebook & Video Game Console Skins". Basically they're a very high-quality vinyl sticker with custom graphics that you can use to cover your notebook or gaming console. They are made sort of like Post-It Notes where you can stick them on/off. A company called FATHEAD has made a few recently to tie-in with the Dark Knight Batman movie & they're pretty cool. I'm just showing a few examples here but overall they make them for the DS Lite ( Animated version ), 15" 16" 17" PC Laptop Computers ( The Heath Ledger Joker ), Playstation 3 PS3 ( 4 different TDK versions ), Nintendo Wii ( Joker ), PSP ( 2 Batman, 2 Joker ) & the XBox 360 ( Batman and Joker ). Because of the success of both the Star Wars Lego Video Game AND the Batman Lego Toys Warner Brothers has announced they will be releasing BATMAN LEGO : The Video Game in 2008. Check back with us for news in the future. It will 1st be released for the Playstation 2 (PS2) & then for all the other formats later ( like X-Box & Wii ). Here's a prototype graphic of the game box....we can't wait!!
